Job Responsibilities: As an IT Technician, you quickly diagnose product issues, determining whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed.
You love getting customers’ up and running again by timely and professionally repairing their Apple hardware.
Job Duties: The position will be primarily responsible for performing troubleshooting/repairs on various computers, peripherals and mobile devices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Appropriate certificate / diploma – Computer Engineering / Computer Technology / MSCDST
- Experience in repairing computers and mobile devices, preferably Apple products
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
- Experience from customer service or related roles Additional Requirements
- You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn.
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
