- Recruits and develops channel partners.
- Promotes sale of products and services to channel partners and end users and is ultimately
accountable for meeting sales goals and market share goals.
- Manages company assets to maximize return.
- Manages the contractual relationship, serves as a liaison and resolves issues between the channel
partner and the Company.
- Counsels channel partners on product, marketing, financial and/or management-related matters. Qualifications: – Knowledge of dealers, finance programs and products.
- Broad based business, sales and marketing skills.
- Knowledge of dealers and other channels.
- Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices, ideally including the practices followed at
John Deere dealerships.
- Has an expert understanding of the above mentioned principles, can apply the information to complex situations, solve complex problems, conduct research/break new ground, develop new applications, and provide expert support for other practitioners.
- Experience in a broad range of marketing and sales related job functions especially centered around
channel management. Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience.
Degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent experience.
