Liaison Risk & Pension Consultants Job Title: General Manager – Risk Services (South Sudan)
Liaison is a Risk & Pension Consultancy in Eastern Africa.
Our Risk Services include Insurance Broking Solutions.
Liaison is looking to fill the above solution reporting to the Group Managing Director.
The role will provide Leadership of our South Sudan subsidiary to achieve agreed business objectives.
Key functional responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning and review of the Business Unit Performance and direction.
- Set and monitor Business Unit Standards and performance objectives.
- Responsible for marketing.
- Motivate and lead the Technical and Sales Teams to achieve set Business Plans.
Education Background Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and professional qualifications either in Finance, Marketing, or Insurance. Masters or PhD qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience and relationship in the Insurance sector in Eastern Africa.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Sound business and financial acumen.
- Team player with sound relationship building skills.
- Self starter with sound self management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
