Responsibilities
- Prepare different cuisines (African & Asian food)
- Baking
- Food and beverage experience
- Managing house cleaning
- Washing clothes with machines
- Ironing
- Shopping
- Managing other domestic staff
- General housekeeping
- Prepares all foods in accordance to standard recipes
- Visually inspects, selects and uses only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items
- Ensures all equipment in working areas is clean and in proper working condition
- Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene
