Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of general and contract workers.
- Draft contracts and J.D’s for new hires.
- Hr administration duties.
- Payroll management.
- Plan and attend welfare meetings as per the calendar.
- Industrial relations - maintain industrial peace at all times.
- Handle employee grievances in accordance with the law.
- Training and development.
- Performance management (KAIZEN).
- Prepare and conduct annual appraisal calendar.
- Human resources policy implementation.
- Participate in internal and external audits such as fire, environmental, safety and health.
- Maintaining employees database and manage of employee’s records.
