Our client a leading insurance that offers Insurance services is looking for self-driven and highly independent Sales Agents (Personal Financial Advisors) to join their dedicated team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients
- Create long-term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
- Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets;
- Work in a high pressure, fast –paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C +
- 1 year sales experience in insurance industry.
- Must be computer literate;
- Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
- Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
- A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
- Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
