A sub-contractor of some of the major telecommunication equipment vendors is looking for a 2G / 3G Optimization Engineer . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UMTS / GSM Radio access technology and optimization skills and methods such as parameters, KPI’s reporting and configuration.
You will analyze, troubleshoot and optimize the Network Performance from an End to End perspective, identifying potential issues, congestion, network parameters tuning and customer complaints. The ideal candidate will carry out network Surveys, Design, Drive test, Optimization of 2/3G
