Automobile Accessories Field Sales Managers 2015

Our Client is a manufacturer if Automobile accessories currently recruiting Field Sales Managers to be based in major towns in Kenya. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

  • Driving a solution set across development teams primarily Business Development, Consulting and Product teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

  • Working with the research part of the business to figure out new products or services

  • Doing studies of the company’s competitors to find out their weaknesses

  • Working with the sales people and helping them to have what they need to increase sales, such as visual aids and training

  • Supply the sales teams with the most current research and marketing information



Requirements



  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Sales Marketing

  • 3+ years experience as a Supervisor/Manager

  • Experience in the automobile indusry would be an added advantage.

  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

  • Must be willing to travel
