Over the years, shine and shine has expanded capacity and range of services and in line with the expansion program, we require the services of Business Developers to focus on charting a path to help guide the company realize its goals.


The Business Developers will draw in sustainable and profitable business from qualified clientele.


Remuneration: 7 to 10% Commission.


Business Development Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • MUST be able to achieve a sales target of 100,000 per month.

  • Developing a sales plan to be viewed and approved by the incharge business development

  • Pursuing sales leads and prospective clients and building client relationships

  • Screening potential business deals

  • Applying sales strategies as well as developing new and creative ideas

  • Maintaining knowledge of current marketing conditions and negotiating and closing business deals

  • Creating contacts within the industry

  • Follow up on clients to determine effectiveness of services offered

  • Arrange and attend client meetings

  • Takes personal responsibility for and meets all individual goals

  • Providing feedback to the management on how to enhance a better and cordial environment

  • Must prepare the following reports; Daily activity reports, Weekly progress reports, Monthly progress reports and also Quarterly development reports.


Business Development Job Qualifications



  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or business related field

  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in selling of services

  • Strong sales and marketing skills

  • Self driven, goal oriented personality with a positive attitude

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication

  • Passion for sales and marketing

  • Strong time management skills and followup skills
