Customer Service Representative 2015

The requirements The Customer Service Executive must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.



  • They must have clear understanding of using Social Media as business platform and how to keep clients engaged with the organization.

  • They additionally must have solid verbal and written communication skills.

  • They should be able to manage time, projects and communication efficiently and be detail oriented.

  • They also must be strategic planners and have a strong understanding of our programs so they can train clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations.

  • Client Relations Executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well.

  • In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.

  • They must be proficient with computers including the full Microsoft Office Suite.


The basic application requirements



  • At least 3 years of client relations experience in a fast paced “marketing centric” environment

  • A degree or Diploma in Marketing, social sciences or the Humanities

  • An educational background that combines marketing and writing (English, creative writing, journalism, etc.)

  • Understanding of project management

  • Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Quickbooks

  • And, of course, experience using business-related media platforms (including Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, WordPress, and Facebook).
