NPO Manager in Kenya - External Resource



Requirements

• Lead team of MS and off-shore NPO engineers in management and improving radio Radio KPI’s in 2G, 3G and LTE


• Interface with customer on radio quality matters and meet the customers’ expectations and exceed KPI targets


• Interface with MC team to provide inputs for radio network planning (2G, 3G and LTE)


• Manage the execution of periodic network DT for all technologies and plan and execute corrective actions based on DT findings


• Manage team to deliver quality and timely PM reports for all technologies.


• Develop short term and long term plans for developing/ improving the performance of NPO team in MS environment.


• Interface with off-shore delivery team to ensure timely and quality delivery of NPO requirements.


• Drive the field operations, CS and PS core, BSS and OSS teams to ensure they provide right inputs to achieve the desired radio quality outputs

Qualifications

• Proficiency in radio network technologies (3G, 2G, and LTE)
