Support the development of ICU services in Kenya by:
Providing education and training for Philips installedICUs ensuring that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, and operators) areproperly trained to optimally use the equipment delivered, installed and handedover by Philips Healthcare in case of an installation obligation and maximizing customersatisfaction in the Kenya.
Education of healthcare managers and procurementmanagers in the capabilities of Philips equipment and services.
Promote the development of ICU services in Kenya
PromotingPhilips Healthcare products & systems inthe assigned geography.
KeyAreas of Responsibility Traincustomers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols toachieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered
(Re-)Trainhospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) inthe operating procedures of the equipment
Set up application training schedules in closecooperation with the customer
Ensurethat all customers are provided with high quality training and attention sothat each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from PH
Conductregular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about thequality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
Promote Philips Healthcare (PH) solutionsduring customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows
Working as part of an account team to ensure modalityresults are reached according to account plans and targets
Support new products launches
Providerequired applications report on completion of all application visits
Reportto PH on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment
Beaware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by the company,including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event ofhazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involvethe safety advisor from the regional office
Supportand advise the sales force during acquisition
Keepup to date with new developments in the clinical application and operatingfield of the relevant equipment
Ensurethat all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers,complies with the company’s quality policy
Responsiblefor reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policyand follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timelymanner
