Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, communicate and implement the group’s vision and mission.
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the group’s strategic plans.
- Develop business models to secure long term business positioning to ensure the group’s success.
- Lead, guide and evaluate the work of other executive leaders.
- Build internal and external strategic partnerships while liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Optimise returns to shareholders through operational growth and effective capital management.
- Achieve operational results for all key metrics in line with the annual business budget and plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and a strong culture of corporate governance.
- Ensure adequate processes to identify, mitigate / manage and escalate current and emerging risks.
