Our Client is a Real Estate Company currently recruiting a Property Office r. Roles and Responsibilities
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising on suitability and value of homes they are visiting.
- Advice clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
- Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
- Locate and appraise undeveloped areas, based on evaluations of area market conditions.
- Generate list of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
- Review property listings, trade journal, and relevant literature and attend conventions, seminars and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
- Profiling properties.
- Prepare area guide for Nairobi.
- Daily reporting on business done to the Supervisor.
- Conduct market research and give the trends to management.
- Coming out with new ways of doing things, coming out with new innovations, putting them down and discussing with Supervisor
- Any other duty that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics/Real Estate or a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Real Estate
- At least 1-2years experience in the Real Estate Industry
- property management or agency management.
- Registered in the relevant board
- Computer literate
- Excellent management & communication skills.
- Valid driving license
