Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting efforts for source/office, focusing on the development and execution of recruiting strategies, including all aspects of attraction, selection, and cultivation
- Lead ongoing management of candidate data management, using existing tools and systems (e.g., MARS)
- Serve as contact/counselor for source/office candidates throughout the attraction, interview, offer, and cultivation stages, ensuring each candidate receives individualized attention and interaction throughout the recruiting process
- Guide and develop junior recruiter(s)
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant offices/practices to ensure appropriate representation
- Act as the recruiting lead for relevant teams aligned against source/office recruiting efforts, and as liaison with other recruiting teams
- Develop and manage event/activity budgets
- Analyze and disseminate relevant recruiting results as key input to recruiting strategy decisions
- Contribute to broader recruiting team by actively participating in strategy setting, issue resolution, and team problem solving sessions
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- University degree
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Basic business knowledge; solid knowledge of recruiting processes
- Demonstrated initiative and judgment; track record as self-starter;
- Able to work effectively under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills;
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills;
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard office hours
