Job Title: Solar Company Telesales Support Executive

Salary: Kshs 40K – 60K gross Our client is an international company who in partnership with a local micro finance are contributing to the dissemination of solar energy products.
The main role for the position is to ensure clients are taken through the sales process in a timely fashion, are satisfied by providing adequate installation and after sales services. Key Responsibilities
- To take incoming calls from potential customers, and pass these leads to the appropriate individuals for sales closure
- To contact existing customers and request referrals to other potential customers
- To pass these leads from existing customers and branches to the appropriate individuals for sales closure
- To answer customer sales enquiries and help generate leads that lead to maximization of revenue by the sales teams
- To methodically reach out to customers and outlets to secure leads for the sales team (retail, projects, distribution) to follow up and close.
- To carefully input into BITS to ensure proper tracking of customer sales enquiries through to closure. To also be actively be involved in the closure of sales where that is possible
- To support with customer satisfaction surveys
- To assist in administering referral fees to customers and outlets – working with Operations and Finance to coordinate
- To track carefully and diligently in BITS and follow up with the relevant sales personnel for updates, and push through to sales closure, or sales dropped
- To assist marketing in implementing its customer satisfaction survey, by calling customers and taking them through the questionnaire
- Ensure staff training at HQ, as per HR guidelines
- To meet high ethical standards in line with the company culture
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Degree or diploma in business management, sales, marketing or customer care
- 3-5 years of experience in sales revenue generation through tele-calling or working in customer care
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Ability to meet targets on monthly sales leads generation
- Ability to work as a team
- Should possess good customer service skills
