We are looking to recruit Business Development Executives (BDE’s) who will be responsible for meeting sales targets within designated sectors and territories resulting in increase in customer base, and visibility of the Company’s brand in the market, through marketing of recruitment, outsourcing and training solutions.

We are looking to recruit Business Development Executives (BDE’s) who will be responsible for meeting sales targets within designated sectors and territories resulting in increase in customer base, and visibility of the Company’s brand in the market, through marketing of recruitment, outsourcing and training solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop a base for long-term sources of clients.
- Prospect and generate new business.
- Actively follow up new leads and referrals.
- Establish new business opportunities and expand/enhance existing ones.
- Leverage and maintain relationships with existing clients for retention and increased services.
- Follow-up to ensure timely resolve of customer issues.
- Follow through the sales process to ensure lead times are adhered to.
- Timely preparation of presentations, proposals, quotations and accurate sales reports.
- Regularly update customers on sales order progress, and respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
