- Ensure that the facilities are operated and maintained.
- Ensure facilities are cost-effective and maintained in safe condition.
- Interfaces with the customer’s management regarding contract and customer strategies.
- Review and approve all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies and materials.
- Assist with preparation of facility budget.
- Manage, direct and schedule day-to-day activities for assigned properties.
- Ensure that all programs and procedures of the FM staff are implemented.
- Manages contractor specifications, problems, performance and administration.
- Provides the technical and management direction for all FM services.
