We are a young outdoor, entertainment and recreational business. We specialize in quad bike game drives, paintball and corporate team building. We run a restaurant, bar, accommodation services as well as host corporate parties, lunches and dinners. We are looking for someone who is Financially disciplined Pays attention to detail Works with little supervision With initiative With Integrity If handling the below tasks will excite you: 1. Preparing budgets, financial reports, analyzing financial data, organizing audits, complying with tax provisions and requirements, managing finances, and offering any financial advice as may be necessary to the management. 2. Complying with various laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to the specific industry including accountancy and tax laws. 3. Managing the business with prudent economic principles and practice. 4. Organizing preparation of books of accounts in time for compliance with other statutory provisions. 5. Keeping a regular and systematic vigil on finances of the business enterprise and optimizing the use of finance. 6. Preparing monthly and annual accounts to monitor profits, and preparing projections and budgets for planning cash flows and profits. 7. Developing databases that are not exactly recorded in the accounts packages. 8. Setting up control procedures at various levels to ensure that the information in the accounts does not vary with physical verification.
