We are seeking a Tele Sales and Marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic team. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties with the rest of our Center team: Lead generation targeting Targeting clients through phone calls, emails Client relationship building Research required information using available resources Manage and resolve client queries Database management Closing of sales through phone and email Desired Background / Education: Diploma Proficient in relevant computer applications Proficient with written and verbal English Knowledge of client service principles and practices Knowledge of call center telephony and technology Experience in a call center or customer service environment is advantageous Data entry and typing skills
