Our client an insurance company is seeking to recruit an IT Personnel to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Continual implementation changes in Tally program; After getting complaints from users, analyze if its solvable in-house and if not forward complaint to Endeavour for Solutions.
- Email forwarding from the Administration email profile; Forward all emails from the admin email profile to internal users and/or external/global addresses.
- Equipment/Software troubleshooting and user assistance; Daily checkup of email server’s popcorn server, repair/maintenance of faulty equipment and offer technical assistance to users
- Print and file emails into respective files.
