We are currently recruiting in Nairobi, Kenya, a Inventory Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the management of inventory in various operational activities and independently investigate any irregularities.
- To ensure compliance of in bound, outbound, stock take activities, with customer requirements.
- To perform spot checks on WMS to ensure it is updated on time.
- To oversee and to ensure the maintenance of stock cards and WMS.
- Verify that stored products are in the correct bin allocations andto verify successful completion of inventory stock takes.
- To perform monthly reporting to local management and direct line managers with detailed audit report on findings and action plan with deadlines.
Profile:
- Diploma in either logistics or supply chain management.
- Computer knowledge and WMS experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain management
- Leadership and analytical skills
