Office Admin/ Accountant Jobs in Kenya

Our client a well established Automotive Company is looking to fill the position of an Office Administrator / Accountant.


The successfully candidate MUST have knowledge of Sage Pastel and QuickBooks.


Key Responsibility:-



  • General administration work.

  • To produce accurate reports in electronic format.

  • To work with management on all planning and forecasting.

  • To ensure all filing of financial and office documentation is maintained accurately.

  • To ensure all office data is collected and entered correctly.

  • To handle in coming customers.


Qualification:-



  • Must have bachelors degree in administration, commerce or any related field.

  • Must have good customer care attitude.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Must have excellent computer skills.

  • Must have at least 2 years experience as an office administrator.


Monthly gross salary : Ksh. 50,000 – 70,000/= depending on experience
