Our client a well established Automotive Company is looking to fill the position of an Office Administrator / Accountant.
The successfully candidate MUST have knowledge of Sage Pastel and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibility:-
- General administration work.
- To produce accurate reports in electronic format.
- To work with management on all planning and forecasting.
- To ensure all filing of financial and office documentation is maintained accurately.
- To ensure all office data is collected and entered correctly.
- To handle in coming customers.
Qualification:-
- Must have bachelors degree in administration, commerce or any related field.
- Must have good customer care attitude.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have at least 2 years experience as an office administrator.
Monthly gross salary : Ksh. 50,000 – 70,000/= depending on experience
