Job summary
The incumbent of this position shall maximize branch sales by developing his/her team, creating and implementing new sales & marketing strategies, increase branch turnover by monitoring daily sales and ensuring all team members are working to their fullest potential.
Principle duties and responsibility
- Daily follow- up on sales target for individuals within the branch. Reporting on the same to the sales manager
- Propose training and development needs to ensure branch sales are maximized
- Liaise with company management and give feedback /information based on branch performance and discuss strategies to improve turnover
- Conduct weekly meetings with staff to ensure all relevant communication has been carried over
- Assist in maintaining excellent relationships with clients to ensure referrals and maintain company’s good reputation.
- Identify institutions that have groups and approach them for demonstration
- Maintain and update reports of the products and clients uptake on daily basis
- Develop new ways of sourcing for clients
- Ensure to keep in touch with the clients to build a good relationship and strengthen the image of the company
- Follow up payments by clients sourced by self
- Prepare a sales plan and share with the management
- Give a weekly sales report on sales plan, achievements and challenges
- Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by your supervisor

Qualification, Competences required
- At least a degree in sales and marketing
- Must have previous experience managing a team
- Experience in the property industry
- Well acquitted with the market and the target group
- Must be pleasant and passionate about work
- Patient, polite and friendly
- Aggressive in sales
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
- Able to identify any training needs and address them with all staff members
