Location: Mombasa Our client, a rapidly growing energy company, is seeking Energy Services Sales Professionals to assist in identifying new business opportunities from their headquarters in Mombasa, Kenya.
Responsibilities
- Drive Energy Services sales to commercial and industrial businesses, schools, hospitals, etc
- Develop a database of leads through referrals, networking, marketing, and calling
- Recognize, quality, and screen leads
- Effectively communicate the value proposition
- Help clients obtain the best price while meeting their needs
- Assist clients identify and implement cost effective energy management opportunities
- Help clients recoup investments on energy efficiency projects
- Utilize an in-house CRM to manage all leads
- Provide weekly sales metrics reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of consultative sales experience
- Must be a “go-getter” with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Must be motivated, collaborative, innovative, and have a strong desire to grow
- Experience with Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Construction, Lighting, or Renewable
- Should be willing to travel across East and central Africa
- Valid Driving License a MUST
