Leadership in delivery of Telecom Business Support System (BSS) Stack support. Service line ownership for telecom usage based applications or service lines like Telecom Billing Support, EDR Mediation, Interconnect Billing, CRM Support, Order Management, customer life cycle management. End to end of view of telecom usage processing and billing for retail customer and/or partner settlement, CRM work flows, and order fulfillment.
Responsibility – Ensuring end to end management of TBO BSS Portfolio towards customer for Airtel Africa countries (currently in 17 countries). Integrating with required customer, customer partners, IBM internal vertical and vendors for delivering the required service. Vendor management. IBM and client processes and compliance adherence for the respective delivery area.
Technical background covering to areas – CSG Single view, Amdocs Billing platform, Kenan FX, BSCS IX, Intec, Comptel EL, Comptel IL, Siebel.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 7 years experience in Business control experience, time management and ability to multi task
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 9 years experience in Business control experience, time management and ability to multi task
