Leadership in delivery of Independent Management Information System (MIS), DWH handling, CDR / EDR processing. Service line ownership for telecom usage based applications or Business Intelligence Systems and Data Ware House. End to end of view of telecom usage and EDR generation, processing, and business view for rules and logic applied for extraction, transforming, loading and aggregation.
Responsibility – Ensuring end to end management of Analytics Portfolio towards customer for Airtel Africa countries (currently in 17 countries). Integrating with required customer, customer partners, IBM internal vertical and vendors for delivering the required service. Vendor management. IBM and client processes and compliance adherence for the respective delivery area.
Technical background covering to areas – ETL, DB2, Oracle, Cognos, Business Intelligence – BCU / ISAS, SAS, Unica, Campaign management.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 7 years experience in Business control, time management and ability to multi task
- At least 10 years experience in Telecom Domain
- English: Fluent

- Engineering
