Leadership in delivery of Telecom Customer Facing Stack support. Service line ownership for telecom usage based applications or service lines like Telecom Customer facing processes, customer life cycle management, order processing, other customer services like e-recharge, VAS, provisioning, CRM, NMS, Subscription Engine, etc. End to end of view of telecom customer life cycle management and services life cycle management.
Responsibility – Ensuring end to end management of TBO Customer Facing Portfolio towards customer for Africa countries (currently in 17 countries). Integrating with required customer, customer partners, IBM internal vertical and vendors for delivering the required service. Vendor management. IBM and client processes and compliance adherence for the respective delivery area.
Technical background covering to areas – Utiba Lapu, Pretups, KYC, Amdocs / Kenan / BSCS Order Management, Oracle CRM, Siebel CRM.
