Job Description:
Key Purpose of the Role:
To identify the opportunities in the area of Stone Coated products for the Roofing BU, estimate the MARKETpotential, develop the product portfolio, product launch, pricing and build the different demand streams for the Stone coated tile profile offerings.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
To identify the MARKET opportunity in the area of Stone Coated Roofing products through market research, studying trends in the roofing market, competition offerings, identifying current and unmet customer requirements of the roofing products.
To develop the BUSINESS PLAN for the Stone Coated products range in terms of product portfolio, pricing, contribution, market segments, production capability etc
To identify and launch the required Stone Coated product range in the MARKETS.
To launch market activation and manage to create new market segments from the property developers, Architects / Consultants / Quantity , Distribution, Roofing Installers and End-users
To work closely with the Sales team in indentifying the customers and generating the business.
To work with the Marketing team in Managing the MARCOM programs.
To ensure the correct product pricing positioning are maintained in the market.
Key Skills:
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate (preferably Engineering / Science) plus MBA from an good university with good academic scores
Graduate (preferably Engineering / Science) or business
Qualifications as an added advantage: MBA
Professional registration:
Overall experience of 7-10 years in the Sales and Marketing domain
Core expertise in Sales / Business Development with stints of 5 years. Experience in the Building Materials, Construction or related consumer industry
Should have Marketing exposure in the consumer industry with strong distribution channels
Should have exposure to B2B marketing programs and technical marketing programs

Strong Expertise in the Marketing Domain and good understanding of the sales process
