3. Attending site meetings and inspections when necessary.
4. Project review and cost control of projects under construction on a weekly basis
5. Drawing a schedule of activities/program of works for new projects & review of the same
6. Bridging of communication between the office and the clerk of works on site for any pertinent technical issues
7. Clarification of any technical matters to staff, relating to construction on site and those that require liaising with consultants.
8. Application and following up of permits and licenses for new projects and those that require renewal e.g. NEMA, WARMA, signboards, & billboards & county governments.
9. Following up on properties managed the client in regards to any maintenance works i.e. electrical, plumbing and any other necessary renovation works.
10. Attending to tenants’ needs as they arise including acquisition of space for new tenants or re-measurement of the same in case of disagreement.
11. Building up preliminary bills of quantities to be used for decision making before engaging contractors for quoting any works that may arise on small projects & sourcing for contractors.
12. Responding to site personnel needs and facilitating for the same where necessary at all stations where client has acquired properties.

14. Advising & recommending on project viability
