Team Leader – Recruitment The incumbent should fulfill the following criteria:
Should be a recruitment specialist / head hunter / recruitment consultant having serviced mostly manufacturing industry for no less than 5 years
Should have managed a team of recruiters
Has exposure social media recruitment (viz. Facebook and LinkedIn)
Should be good at communication skills (spoken and written)
Knowledge or certification in psychometrics is preferred
Candidate should be versatile to work on all positions
