Regional Sales Manager (Security Systems) Job in Nairobi, Kenya (KShs 170K – 212K)

Our client a leading developer of Security Management Systems that protect sites of all complexities across all industries is looking to fill the position of a Regional Sales Manager .



Key Responsibilities:


  • Attracting, seeking and generating new clients and business opportunities.

  • Develop business proposals for customers.

  • Conduct professional presentations and seminars to clients and external vendors.

  • Develop the East African market.

  • Develop, coordinate & implement marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.

  • Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.

  • Develop strong customer relationships to generate high volume of prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research.


Qualifications:


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience conducting directly sales in the security industry.

  • Considerable knowledge of IT and sales & marketing.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Candidates with international experience are encouraged to apply.


Education: Bachelors degree

Career Level: Senior Level (5+ years experience)

Salary: Monthly gross salary: Ksh . 170,000 – 212,500/=(Approx. 2,000 – 2,500 USD)depending on experience
