Unilever Job Vacancy in Kenya : Estate Manager


Main Accountabilities


· Plan, manage and oversee all field operations.


· Consistently deliver the required green leaf quality standards.


· Prepare and implement capital, revenue and supplementary budgets as required.


· Maintain all Estate records and ensure that they are kept up to date at all times.


· Implement company policies as required.


· Ensure that housing, security, water and general social amenities are available to employees and kept to the required standards.


· Develop and maintain efficient workforce.


· Build and maintain good ER/IR with all stakeholders.


· Implement company SHE policies at the unit.


· Establish personnel requirements, gaps and carryout recruitment exercise to fill the gaps.


· Responsible for unit payroll management.


· Responsible for internal controls in all process areas within the unit.


· Draw up contracts and ensure full achievement to the required quality standards.


· In consultation with HR department, plan and fulfill the training needs for all direct reports.


· Chair all scheduled committee meetings at the unit.


Qualifications


· Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Bachelor of Science or any other related field. · Minimum 6 years experience in a related field.
