- Plant Operations (production volume and quality targets)
- Plant Maintenance and Automation (performance within operating parameters, non-confirming condition rectification and down time targets, Preventive maintenance, Optimum automation and control and unattended operation, Repairs and root cause analysis and elimination)
- Plant administration (Compliance with regulatory requirements, Maintain operating permits and licenses, environmental impact, Security, Health, safety, Customer relations, procurement, warehousing, accounting, human resources, management and development, Housekeeping and cleanliness, Overall Documentation), Plant up-gradation (optimize processes, cut production costs, expand capacity)
