- Technical, and in-depth update of customers on new products
- Solution of questions and other knowledgeable shortcomings of the Sales People of the Company network
- Offer technical support in the workshop
- Solution of problems which arise after the Sale of Company products
- Visits to indirect customers
- Visits to direct customers
- Offers and follow up for Large Projects (including updated database with all made offers).
- Management of relations with collaborating companies for large construction projects
- Responsibility for monitoring and managing big projects
