- He should have a diploma or degree in a business related course.
- He should have a proven track record in sales for over 3 years selling FMCG preferably.
- He should be able to work in a team and work well under pressure.
- He should be a person of high integrity and able to multi-task.
- He should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- He should be able to keep records well and make good reports.
- He should be able to make follow up and expand market opportunities for the company.
- He should be between 32 – 45 years.
