Job Title: Salon Head – Nairobi, Kenya
Company Profile: Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of various hair extension products. Statement of Responsibility: The main responsibility for this role is to work closely with key salons to garner growth and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve value targets and distribution targets for the salons.
- Formulate a strategy to dominate the salons in Kenya
- Formulate an effective salon loyalty program.
- Categorize the salons into categories and own the top category salons through effective branding and activations.
- Create a separate channel to interact with the salon schools in Kenya to create brand awareness as well as develop new business ideas.
- Conduct salon seminars at a frequent interval
- Impart training programs for the sales team.
- Develop and execute promotional initiatives in coordination between sales and marketing team.
- Achieve execution excellence through proper planning, monitoring and chasing set objectives.
- Pilot test key in-market initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations.
- Secure key sales information from field sales and present business analytics and findings through planned reviews on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Drive the companies IS initiatives
- Demonstrate strategic leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics and pride through exemplary behavior.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- A diploma in hair dressing or a salon management related degree from a recognized institution with experience in hair dressing and hair and beauty
- Must have a minimum of 3 years practical experience in salon management
