Client Introduction: Our Client is looking for a Farm Supervisor to run his pig farm that is currently has a total stock of 60 pigs. Responsibilities:
- Meticulous record keeping of all farm operations – animals and plants alike;
- Execution and improvement of the farm management standards and practices (Very well defined for the pigs that are the main operation);
- Coordination of farm workers – permanent and casual;
- Management of all stocks and liaising with suppliers;
- Training of new farm workers in farm practices and standards;
- Liaising with contracted buyers like Farmer’s Choice for orders and delivery;
- Coordination of farm visits by veterinary officers and agronomists;
- Training of visiting farmers as scheduled; and
- Other responsibilities assigned by the directors.

Qualifications
- Diploma Holder in Animal Production and Management
- Good level of maturity (At least 22 yrs and above)
