Our client, an International Company that provides power generations, electrical grid & rail solution is looking to fill the position of a Contracts Manager to be based in Lusaka, Zambia.
The successful candidate MUST be a Zambian National and have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

- Obligation management, support preparation of documentation required, identification of claims, support or execute preparation of claims documents, develop claim negotiation strategies, participation in claims negotiations.
- Support of the project managers in project contract management, contractual and claims/change related issues.
- Preparation of reports and presentations about claims management.
- Support bids in order to improve commercial conditions.
- Identification of contractual obligations, potential variations and possible claim situations.
