Job Description:
- Query the Buyrentkenya database and export the data to excel or a data presentation tool
- Put together dashboards that will be used by the whole company
- Do data analysis in Google Analytics to determine which marketing campaigns are working
- Do funnel analysis to see where our users are dropping off on the site
- Compare our performance vs our competitors using public data online.

- Basic statistics knowledge: You can tell us what statistical significance means
- Presentation and report-writing: You know how to present your ideas concisely

Bonus Points
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design
- A basic understanding of programming (any language, but PHP preferred) and modern web development frameworks
- Grasp of statistical tools such as R, Matlab or Stata
- Financial qualifications (ACCA)
- Prior experience with Google Analytics
- Maths, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance degree
- Industry knowledge: You get the Nairobi property market
- Experience: You’ve worked for 1-3 years in a technology business or young company before as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst
- Prior usage of Tableau or other data presentation tools.
