Communications Agency Accounts Director Job in Nairobi, Kenya (300K – 500K)

Our client, a fully integrated Communications Agency is looking to fill the position of an Account Director to be based in Nairobi. Key Responsibilities:


  • Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies, tracking sales data and maintaining promotional materials inventory.

  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

  • Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.

  • Liaise with media and advertising agencies.

  • Benchmark and understand market best practices.

  • Design and implement policies by establishing standards and procedures and measure results against standards.

  • Accountable for all ATL, BTL and TTL activities.


Qualifications:


  • Must have a bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Must have a minimum of 7 + years’ experience as a marketing manager.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.300,000 – 500,000/= (Approx. 3,529 – 5,882 USD)depending on experience
