How does the programme work?
The International Operations Business Graduate Programme in Africa (Kenya) is formulated for newly graduated master students is a 2-year Programme consisting of three 8-month rotations:
The first rotation in Africa (Kenya) followed by a Second rotation in Denmark and finally, a third rotation in one of the company’s business regions or another affiliate (different from your home country)
Who is eligible:
To join the Business Graduate Programme in Kenya, one must have a recent master’s degree in economics, management, international business or a related field and have no more than 1 year since finishing the master’s degree
“We also welcome candidates with some years of work experience between their bachelor’s and master’s degree,” state the company
What happens after the programme is over?
“After successfully completing the Programme you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on a career at Novo Nordisk,” states the company.
