Our client is one of the leading wine importers and distributors. They are located in Westlands area. They are seeking to recruit a sales executive/office manager. He will be responsible for the day to day sales activities and office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with overseas offices/partners and other third parties to ensure efficient communication and relationship.
- Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, reports and shipment documentation.
- Handle the importation process from the beginning to the end.
- Planning and arrangement of international consignments.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Taking and recording orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Gathering current market and customer information.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of FMCG importation process.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and thorough follow up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet usage.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years sales experience in FMCG Industry.
- Minimum Diploma holder in related field.
- Experience managing a busy office set-up.
- Aged between 25- 35 years.
- Males preferred.
