Job Description: Head of Sales



Your tasks will be to take responsibility and drive all activities related to Sales and Revenue growth, including:


  • Manage the whole sales force in order to maximize sales revenues and meet the business objectives.

  • Develop and implement plans to ensure that revenue growth is attained.

  • Assist the sales agents in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision makers.

  • Formulate all sales policies, strategies and procedures.

  • Review and report on sales progress against targets set.

  • Hold regular meetings with sales staff
