Our company, a strategy and business operations support services firm is looking for a HR Assistant to work closely with the Executive Management Team to build and manage it’s HR Department and that of it’s clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process
- Onboarding of all new employees
- HR Policies and processes design
- Leave management
- Overall Performance management
- Employment data entry
- Manage HR Activities within the company
Eligibility:
- University degree in a relevant subject in Commerce / Business Administration
- Professional HR training
- Minimum of 2years work experience in HR Management
- Proficient communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage different projects at the same time
- Demonstrate creativity & initiative and require minimal supervision.
- Possess top-level interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
