A leading insurance company is seeking to fill the following limited positions of Insurance Sales Agent with individual who are pro active and looking for growth out of their comfort zones.
This is a highly rewarding commission paying remuneration structure
The role of an insurance Agent is to sell insurance products to prospective and existing clients and offer after sale services to clients;-
- Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients;
- Create long-term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
- Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets;
- Work in a high pressure, fast –paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.
Successful candidates will have to possess the following skills and experience:
- Be at least 25years of age;
- Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C (Plain);
- Must be computer literate;
- Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
- Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
- A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
- Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales and/or insurance will be a definite advantage.
