Job Title: Sales Manager
Requirements
- Previous land sales experience and current client database is a must.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Ability to organize and coordinate site visits
- Be able to handle land sales transactions from initial phone call to delivery of title
- Be able to come up with innovative marketing / sales techniques
- A good handle of written and spoken Swahili / English
- A go getter and self starter
- Ability to work weekends and long hours
- Good computer skills
