Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities on 3G (RNC2600 & mcRNC) requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer. Prioritizes work based on customer impact, and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.

Position Description
The main purpose of this role is to create higher customer focus & intimacy.
The key responsibilities of the Engineer are:
- Supports CaPM & PM acting as the primary interface towards the customer on technical information and problems experience in the network.
- Internally owns a specific technology area (3G RA) towards the customer
- Main interface to resolve technical problems
- Communicate/Feedback to customer and 2nd level support
- Performing SW updates, upgrades, complex troubleshooting on technical cases, technical audits and Swaps.
Position Requirements
Relevant work experience 3 – 5 years
Effective customer communications skills.
Profound knowledge of the customer’s network and knows well customer interfaces in own technology area.

Actively utilizes Analytical Troubleshooting methodology in problem solving
Constantly follows up technology development and work practices to find ways for better performance
Proactively offers solutions to customer problems (e.g. RAS, Regular Health Check, Technical Audits)

Must be fluent in English language and be able to analyze and explain own knowledge to Nokia and customer engineers
