Our client, a printing solutions company, is looking to fill the above position within its company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordinated service delivery by all members of the team
- Ensure a high level of customer service and feedback is achieved
- Maintain on-time service delivery to customers
- Ensure the bureau consistently produces high quality products
- Create awareness of all the company’s products to the customers
- Ensure all employees perform to the highest expected standard
- Monitor and report the daily sales
Eligibility:
- Degree / Diploma in a relevant subject in Commerce / Business Administration
- Professional business training
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills
- Proficient communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Possess top-level interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain goodwill with customer(s)
