Our client in tracking business is seeking to recruit an Account Executive to be in charge of private commercial business.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring deadlines meet tagging schedule requirements.
- Resolve issues or conflicts with client needs and contract terms by implementing plans demonstrating excellent customer service principles.
- Supervise assigned staff: establish and communicate performance expectations, provide positive and constructive feedback.
- Coordinating and managing the activities necessary to meet the needs of assigned tasks.
- Assists in monitoring budget, research and similar items as assigned.
- Maintains communications with appropriate contacts and tagging personnel to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct performance review and determine training and development needs.
- Work with finance office to ensure that clients are invoiced on time.
- Ensuring that accurate and complete accounting on daily tagging record and weekly tagging summary are maintained and submitted on time.
- Oversee and monitor field operations and interface with the relevant departments to ensure smooth operations – Tagging Coordinator, Tagging Supervisor and Tagging Operator.
- Ensuring that accurate and complete ac6counting, reporting and internal control systems are in order and that all relevant records are maintained.
- Assist with high severity requests and escalate issues as needed.
- Any other duties within the scope of your work as may be assigned by the Account Manager /Departmental Manager(s) from time to time
Qualifications
- 2 years of in sales and marketing or other relevant experience.
- Manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Self-directed, self-motivated and results oriented – possesses the drive and determination to succeed.
- Self-directed, self-motivated and results oriented – possesses the drive and determination to succeed.
- Persistent but pragmatic: willing to be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Deliver clear, concise and accurate messages to others through oral / written means.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven ability to establish initial contact to target clients.
